HR Agent and Returning parents process agent Czech+English

This will be your future team:

We are a small, international team supporting internal clients – meaning Accenture employees. We assist employees from 14 countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Italy, Russia, Kazakhstan, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, South Africa) and right now, we are looking for a colleague who will be in daily contact with the active employees of Accenture Czech Republic and with parents who are currently on maternity/parental leave.

This will be your future role:

As an HR Agent, you will be helping people on the phone and via internal tools, with any HR-related questions they might have. Thus, you should enjoy communication and be open to assist people who can sometimes feel lost in internal policies, HR regulations, and Czech Labor law.

Examples of what you will be handling:
• Helping people to utilize Accenture benefits (which we have a wide range of)
• Answering questions regarding vacation, maternity leave, and other related topics
• Issuing employment confirmation documents
• Guiding new-joiners and fellow employees through the corporate jungle, sharing your knowledge

As a Returning parents process agent, you will be the first point of contact for parents on maternity/parental leave. You will be the main connection between them and our company because it is necessary to stay in touch. You will help them with obtaining various types of confirmation, gathering necessary information and documents, and once the time of their return to work comes, you will be the one who will start the returning process. You will cooperate with our local HR and recruitment team to smoothly return the parent back to work.

You will have experienced colleagues helping you to get started; however, before you know it, you will become an expert yourself, helping others.

This is what you already have:

• You enjoy communication and you are fluent in Czech and English
• You have at least basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• You like to give customers the best service possible
• You enjoy getting to the core of issues and you do not leave any detail out
• You are interested in Human Resources and willing to learn – previous HR experience is not required, but welcome
The best part of being a member of our team is a diverse group of people with whom you will gain experience in the HR field not only from the corporate perspective. You will have an opportunity to make your ideas real, to be a part of innovative processes.

We offer:

  • Position in the world’s leading global company
  • Professional growth based on performance
  • Continuous training
  • Wide range of benefits – 5 weeks of holiday, meal vouchers, recreation/wellness vouchers, pension/life insurance etc.
